"Glovies" Hand-Warmers
These hand-warmers are a fashionable way to keep yourself warm under many circumstances. By keeping all those veins in your wrists warm, they really help keep your whole body warm. In winter, they keep your hands warm while your fingers are free to do their work, and they are thin enough that you can put most gloves on over them without having that cold gap between your gloves and your sleeves. They are also handy on cool summer evenings, or inside over-air-conditioned buildings. If you are typing or doing other work that requires manual dexterity, they keep your hands nice and warm while your fingers work.
Glovies are made of Elsbeth Lavold's Silky Wool yarn, which is 35% silk and 65% wool. They are machine washable.

Silky Wool is available in a wide range of colors. If you want a color other than those shown above, you can visit the Silky Wool website and order any color pictured there. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Be advised, however, that some of those colors are discontinued: if you order a discontinued color, we will contact you for your second choice or offer a full refund.
